# Future perfect: habré terminado

> id: conjugation.perfect.future · category: conjugation · depth: standard · levels: B2 · review: internally_reviewed

**Summary.** Future of haber + participle: habré terminado para el viernes. Also a favorite for guessing about the recent past: habrá salido — 'he must have left'.

Form: habré, habrás, habrá, habremos, habréis, habrán + participle. Temporal meaning: completed before a future deadline — para junio habremos firmado.

Its second life is conjecture about the recent past, mirroring the future of probability: ¿dónde está? — habrá perdido el bus ('he must have missed the bus').

In practice the conjectural use is at least as common as the temporal one in conversation.
