**Summary.** Hotel: tengo una reserva a nombre de..., ¿a qué hora es el check-out?, ¿incluye desayuno? Renting: ¿cuánto es el alquiler?, ¿piden garantía?, expensas/servicios aparte.

Hotel kit: una habitación doble/matrimonial, ¿tienen disponibilidad?, ¿el wifi qué clave tiene?, ¿me guardan el equipaje? Problems: no funciona el aire, ¿me pueden cambiar de habitación?

Rental kit (long stays): anticrético (Bolivia's unique deposit-loan tenure — worth knowing the word), garantía/depósito, contrato por un año, amoblado o sin amoblar, ¿los servicios están incluidos?

Bolivia's anticrético is worth flagging on its own: instead of monthly rent you lend the owner a lump sum for the lease term and get it back when you leave — a tenure type with no clean English equivalent. For ordinary rentals, clarify expensas/servicios (utilities and building fees) and whether the place is amoblado before signing.
